Overview

You will oversee and guide a group of sales experts, create creative sales tactics, and make sure our clients receive outstanding outcomes. your proficiency in building customer connections and spotting business prospects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of sales experts to achieve sales targets and improve performance. • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to ensure skill development and knowledge enhancement. • Develop and implement creative sales tactics, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. • Identify and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions. • Track and analyze sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue) to identify areas for improvement. • Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on performance data to optimize results. • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Skills in customer relationship management, business development, and sales strategy • Proficiency in evaluating sales data and establishing goals • Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities • Capacity to inspire and guide a sales force • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications • Demonstrated ability to reach and surpass sales goals • Bachelor's degree or HND in business administration or a similar discipline • A minimum of two years of experience
