Finding new business prospects, establishing and preserving client relationships, creating growth plans, and working with the marketing team to advertise services and boost sales are all part of the job description.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. • Generate leads and qualify prospects to drive sales growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Address client concerns, provide solutions, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. • Create and implement business growth plans, setting targets and metrics for success. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform growth strategies. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promote services, and enhance brand visibility. • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business development objectives. • Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to showcase services and win new business. • Communicate value propositions, differentiators, and solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiation, sales, and business development abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as experience in market research and strategic planning • Capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively • familiarity with the travel and tourism sector • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. Digital marketing and social media management experience is also advantageous.
