You will be our guests' initial point of contact as a Contact Centre Experience Partner, answering their questions, making reservations, and helping them with their lodging requirements. You will be essential to providing our clients with an exceptional customer experience and making sure their booking process runs smoothly.
• Respond to incoming and outgoing emails and calls from visitors with questions about amenities, availability, reservations, and other matters. • Assist visitors individually and make suggestions based on their needs and interests. • Utilise our booking system to properly and quickly process reservations. • Respond to visitor complaints and difficulties in a timely and professional manner, elevating complicated problems to the relevant department when needed. • Keep thorough records of all conversations and transactions with visitors. • Work together with other team members to guarantee smooth operations and guest pleasure.
• It is recommended if you have prior experience working in a contact centre, hospitality, or customer service. • Excellent written and vocal communication abilities. • Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude. • proficiency with computers and the capacity to pick up new software fast. • The capacity to prioritise and multitask in a hectic setting. • The ability to work on the weekends, holidays, and in the evenings as needed.
