Overview

Building the proper product, helping the company sell, and carrying out strategic projects involving partners including banks, payment service providers, fintech, regional regulatory agencies, venture capital companies, and more are your main duties as the Product & Partnerships Manager. For the other teams working on the product's development, support, marketing, and sale, you will also supply the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• As a project manager, you will act as a point of contact for the partners and teams in charge of sales, engineering, and customer success. • Carry out strategic initiatives and collaborations with partners like banks, fintech companies, payment service providers, regional regulatory agencies, and more. • Form new alliances to provide more business and customer solutions. • By acting as a domain expert and a link between the business and product partners, you can assist internal teams. • Represent the business at industry events and in high-value negotiations. • Define, take ownership of, and convert the business plan into a product roadmap and strategy. • Remove obstacles from the team to execute and advance product objectives and increase overall business profitability. • Obtain user opinions or insights on their experiences with our current goods in order to better understand customer behaviour and guide product design. • Convert product strategy and insights into precise specifications and working prototypes. • Encourage the technical team to deliver with the best resources and a short time to market by working directly with them. • Oversee all projects and make sure they are prepared for timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant launches. • To attract, engage, and retain consumers across all segments, lead the complete product marketing strategy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, design, and customer success. • Oversee our foray into new markets and the introduction of new items or attractive client offerings.

Requirements

• demonstrated expertise in developing and overseeing large-scale technology products. • a track record of successfully negotiating agreements • Strong product intuition, the capacity to spot chances to capitalise on partners' current and upcoming products, and the capacity to work with internal teams to create top-notch features for our users • strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. the capacity to influence top players across borders and organisations. • Capacity to balance conflicting demands when tackling challenging issues • Capacity to oversee several stakeholders and work towards the best possible result • strong technical foundation with knowledge of and/or practical expertise with web technologies and software development. • creative thinker who is prepared to put in extra effort to complete tasks and has excellent problem-solving abilities. • Master communicator with empathy and clarity who can express ideas convincingly both orally and in writing. • Take pleasure in delving into the data to extract quantitative knowledge to inform your choices. • Preferably, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field • Possess prior experience working in the payments, banking, or telecom sectors.
