Overview

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers. Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Together with management, set and oversee the sales goals. • Encourage new sales and leads to execution while keeping a close eye on long-term agreements. • Create fresh, inventive strategies to market goods and draw in the proper clients. • Create and preserve strong, long-lasting connections and a high degree of satisfaction with important senior decision-makers and influencers. • Increase consumer awareness of the company to generate demand for its goods and services. • Oversee and assist the sales team, making sure that everyone is prepared for success. • Oversee and improve the company's CRM, pipelines, and sales projections. Give the company reliable data to support efficient planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in international sales, specifically in the aviation sector, • An enthusiastic, committed approach along with outstanding organisational abilities and a dedication to deadlines, goals, and high levels of work. • To support this function, a flexible work schedule will be necessary. • Keep a cheerful disposition and a lot of enthusiasm for your task.
