• Respond to consumer questions via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner. • Help clients use the company website or app, place orders, and monitor deliveries. • Respond to grievances, offer suitable remedies, and follow up to guarantee a resolution. • Update databases and keep correct customer records. • Work together with other teams (delivery, operations, etc.) to promptly and effectively address customer concerns. • Get client feedback and exchange ideas to enhance the business's offerings. • Give each and every customer a warm and customised experience.
• It is advantageous to have prior expertise in customer service or a related position. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulousness. • The capacity to effectively manage time and multitask in a hectic setting. • Knowledge of the best techniques, methods, and software for customer service. • The capacity to work a variety of hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. • English proficiency is necessary; familiarity with regional tongues is advantageous.
