Support the fleet management team in maintaining and coordinating vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing administrative assistance.
• Help with vehicle dispatch and scheduling to provide the best possible distribution of vehicles for different jobs. • Keep thorough and current records of your car's service history, maintenance plans, and repair requirements. • Arrange and schedule appointments for auto repair services. • Handle the gasoline, maintenance, and repair invoices • Track and document vehicle performance and spot any issues. • Help drivers with any problems they run into while driving, such as accidents, breakdowns, or misplaced documentation. • Create data for fleet management choices and prepare reports on fleet activity. • Keep the workspace neat and orderly, including the databases and filing systems. • May be needed to carry out routine car checks, such as checking the fluid levels and tyre pressure.
• An HND or degree in a relevant field is required of the candidate. • Having a professional qualification will be beneficial. • Excellent organisational and planning abilities • Outstanding time management • Proactive and self-starting Capacity to manage stress and short turnaround times • Using an appropriately assertive approach while interacting with clients • In this position, honesty and discretion are crucial, as is the capacity to collaborate well with others. • Outstanding organisational abilities to establish priorities and accomplish goals • It helps to be familiar with word processing and spreadsheet software.
