Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory. Supervise warehouse staff, manage logistics, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment and shipping/receiving. • Monitor and optimize warehouse productivity, efficiency and accuracy. • Implement process improvements and resolve operational issues. • Oversee inventory receipt, storage and tracking. • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. • Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting. • Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers and customers. • Manage shipping/receiving schedules and appointments. • Resolve logistics issues and delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. • 2-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience. • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills. • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
