Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activity. • Analyze customer feedback, reviews and sentiment analysis. • Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs): revenue, customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. • Develop data visualizations to communicate insights. • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product). • Ensure consistent branding and messaging. • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches. • Collaborate with marketing teams on launch campaigns. • Analyze launch metrics and adjust strategies. • Monitor competitor activity, strengths and weaknesses. • Identify market gaps and opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a similar discipline. • A certification or advanced degree in marketing analytics or a similar field is advantageous. • Two to three years of expertise in market research, content production, digital marketing, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated expertise in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis. • Teamwork, time management, and confidentiality. • Outstanding records management, deadline-driven methodology, and reporting.
