Your main duty as a customer experience consultant is to function as the point of contact for each assigned customer list, offering best practices advice and making sure that customer complaints are promptly resolved.
• Take responsibility for customer issues and involve the appropriate parties to guarantee prompt resolution. • Give clients advice on the most effective supply chain shipping planning techniques. • Act as the main point of contact for the designated customer list. • Handle end-to-end problem solving proactively to ensure a flawless client experience. • Ensure timely deliveries and communication to meet customer targets. • Keep a close eye on the portfolio's customers' Net Promoter Scores (NPS). • Finding process gaps and actively taking part in improvement initiatives are key components of continuous improvement. • Increase carrier haulage through product upselling
• Someone who is meticulous and focused on providing outstanding customer service. • Knowledgeable about systems, competition, infrastructure, local logistics operations, and ocean commerce. • The capacity to establish trusting bonds with pertinent supply chain sector parties. • Excellent business sense and a goal-oriented individual. • The capacity to enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining cost-effective delivery and support operations. • A university degree is necessary, ideally in logistics or marketing & sales.
