Overview

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for both internal positions and client projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy Development o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 2. Sourcing and Outreach o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 3. Candidate Screening and Assessment o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 4. Talent Pipeline Management o Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future hiring needs. o Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5. Collaboration o Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials. o Organize pre-interview briefing sessions for shortlisted candidates before scheduling them for client interviews. o Maintain a strong relationship with hiring managers and serve as the primary contact for their recruitment needs. 6. Compliance and Continuous Improvement o Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the outsourcing or BPO industry. • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
