Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Dispatcher with a valid Ghanaian Driver’s License to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field assignments, ensuring that staffing requests are fulfilled promptly, maintaining accurate records of deployments, and handling employee inquiries. The Dispatcher will also collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch tasks to appropriate personnel. • Maintain records and ensure timely communication across departments. • Assist with basic administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and recruitment. • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner. • Monitor and update schedules as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Must be an experienced motorist. • Effective communication skills. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. • Valid motorist license A. • Must be at least 22 years old.
