Product Operations Specialist

Overview

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our product teams and other stakeholders as the Product Operations Specialist, obtaining vital data to guide product choices and promote cross-functional cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for product teams, stakeholders and external partners. • Facilitate clear communication, ensuring aligned expectations and goals. • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing). • Gather and synthesize market research, customer feedback and industry trends. • Analyze data to inform product decisions, identify opportunities and mitigate risks. • Provide actionable insights to product teams and stakeholders. • Collaborate with product managers to develop and refine product roadmaps. • Ensure alignment with company goals, market needs and customer requirements. • Track progress, identify dependencies and adjust roadmaps as needed. • Identify areas for process improvement within product operations. • Develop and implement efficient workflows, tools and best practices. • Continuously monitor and refine product operations to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a similar discipline • Three or more years of experience in operations, product management, or similar positions • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Excellent organisational skills and meticulousness Experience managing stakeholders and promoting cross-functional cooperation • Knowledge of the procedures and techniques used in product development • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other project management and collaboration tools
