• Start the technical evaluation, debugging, and root-cause investigation of Unified Communication's applications and configuration in a customer's setting. • Capacity to successfully manage complicated challenges by identifying the main concerns and coming up with several answers • Address lingering problems by putting in place a temporary solution or long-term solution. • When appropriate, assist with testing • Clients' first point of contact when they report problems • In charge of effectively handling client demands • Keep lines of communication open at all times with internal teams and clients, and promptly report any unresolved issues. • Capacity to establish and sustain positive working relationships with client management • Ascertain that every incident assigned is up to date and compliant with SLA policy. • Encourage teamwork and cooperate to accomplish group objectives.
• Preferably, a bachelor's degree in information technology or a similar discipline • 2–4 years of relevant experience • Practical familiarity with the Microsoft and Linux operating systems • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and 365 • Familiarity with VMware products • familiarity with Azure and AWS • Familiarity with and expertise in TCP/IP networking • Preferably, familiarity with the Cisco Unified Communications Suite • Cisco CCENT and CCNA are beneficial. • Outstanding written documentation and vocal communication abilities Proficient in time management and organisation • Excellent troubleshooting abilities Strong focus on customer service and a sense of urgency while attending to client needs
