Seeking managers of sales to manage relationships and prospect/sell policies to current and potential clients in order to supervise business executives (i.e., sales agents) and deliver exceptional and effective service to clients and stakeholders.
• Reach and surpass growth and sales goals. • Execute office-wide sales goals, projects, plans, and initiatives. • To assist business leaders in the field, conduct client prospecting and provide presentations on the company's goods and services. • Hire, develop, track, and oversee the work of stakeholders, influencers, and company executives. • Assist with customer service tasks and address the grievances and issues of corporate executives and other affiliated agents. • Enhance corporate executives' abilities and assist them in becoming sales managers and team leaders. • Manage selling and pay points efficiently while helping with customer service responsibilities. • Respect firm policies and processes as well as corporate governance.
• Higher National Diploma or University Degree • Four (4) years or more of team/branch management experience, as well as sales and relationship management expertise • Strong management and business development abilities the capacity to guide and fulfil commitments. • Strong writing, presentation, and communication abilities. • Strong computer abilities, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
