Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales executive to join our team and propel business expansion in Accra and beyond's hospitality industry. Finding and developing new market prospects, growing our clientele, and advertising our services to prospective partners and customers in the hospitality sector would be the main responsibilities of this position

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Business Development: To find new business prospects, prospective markets, and developing trends in the hotel industry in Accra and the surrounding areas, conduct comprehensive market research. • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Establish and preserve solid bonds with important parties, such as lodging facilities, resorts, and other pertinent companies. • Execution of Sales Strategies: Use sales tactics, such as identifying potential customers and establishing sales objectives, to meet revenue targets. • Lead Generation: Use cold calling, industry conferences, networking events, and internet research to proactively find, screen, and interact with new customers. • Product Presentation and Negotiation: To promote business expansion, we show prospective customers our offerings, attend to their needs, negotiate agreements, and close sales. • Cooperation with Marketing: Develop and carry out promotional initiatives, such as social media, email marketing, and hospitality-specific special events, in close coordination with the marketing team. • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: To offer insights and suggestions for next sales tactics, track, evaluate, and report on sales performance and market trends. • Customer service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business by offering current clients exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Shown sales experience, ideally in the hospitality industry or a similar one. • Strong familiarity with the Ghanaian market and the hospitality sector, especially in Accra. • Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities. • The capacity to operate autonomously and regularly reach sales goals. • Capacity to move both inside Accra and outside of it if necessary
