Overview

The Senior Account Manager will be in charge of overseeing important client accounts, cultivating enduring bonds, and promoting our clients' companies' expansion and prosperity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and preserve solid connections with important stakeholders by acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans that provide results by having a thorough understanding of your clients' business goals, obstacles, and market trends. • Oversee multidisciplinary teams to implement integrated digital marketing strategies using a range of platforms, such as email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. • Manage client accounts on a daily basis, including campaign optimisation, project management, performance monitoring, and reporting. • To guarantee the smooth execution and delivery of client projects, cooperate with internal teams such as the strategy, sales, creative, digital, and technical teams. • Give clients strategic advice and suggestions on digital marketing projects, including campaign plans, financial allotments, and chances for performance enhancement. • To find new client prospects and promote ongoing innovation and development, keep an eye on market trends and best practices. • Lead and coach junior members of the account management team, offering advice, assistance, and training as required. • Review and edit text for correctness, clarity, and alignment with project goals and customer expectations by doing quality control checks.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Three years of expertise in digital marketing, specialising in client services and account management. • Demonstrated ability to oversee effective digital marketing initiatives and provide clients with quantifiable outcomes. • Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms, channels, and tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Zoho, and others. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport and trust with both internal teams and clients.
