Overview

All human resource operations, including as hiring, training, and labour relations, will be managed by the Human Resource & Administration Manager, who will also continuously prioritise administrative process improvement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Taking an active role in the hiring process • Creating and recording human resources policy • Taking care of the health, happiness, and safety of employees • Creating and sustaining a system for performance evaluation Making use of tools when necessary • Among other things, making sure that staff policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in a way that complies with local labour and employment regulations

Requirements

• Human resource management or a closely related field as a degree • Three or more years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
