Overview

To increase the company's market presence, the business developer will be in charge of finding new business prospects, forming strategic alliances, and spearheading sales initiatives. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, which focusses on boosting profitability and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Determine and target potential customers using a variety of techniques (e.g. cold calls, emails) • To find potential customers, sectors, and new trends, do in-depth market research. • Assure a consistent flow of business by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and sales prospects. • Create plans to preserve and improve client connections in order to guarantee their long-term happiness and retention. • Work together with management to develop customised pitches, presentations, and proposals for possible customers. • Take the lead in negotiating advantageous terms and agreements with possible clients. • Establish precise goals and objectives for business growth initiatives, making sure they complement corporate objectives. • Delivering performance reports and frequent updates on business development initiatives and results to top leadership. • Find possible alliances and strategic partners that could aid in extending the company's skills and reach.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a similar discipline. Advanced certifications, such as an MBA, are advantageous. • Three or more years of experience in business development • Demonstrated ability to successfully increase revenue • A robust network and relationships within the human resources sector • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. • The capacity to effectively solve problems and think strategically. • Excellent time-management and organising abilities, as well as the capacity to oversee several priorities. • Analysis and research on the market
