Employee relations, performance management, training, hiring, and HR compliance will all fall under the purview of the human resources manager. To support the objectives of the company, this position entails developing and implementing HR strategies in close collaboration with management.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract top marketing talent, from job postings to interviews and onboarding. • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and maintaining open communication. • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to track employee productivity and ensure alignment with agency goals. • Training and Development: Create and manage professional development programs to enhance employees’ skills and support career growth within the marketing agency. • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and manage competitive compensation packages, benefits programs, and incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
