We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth across multiple market channels, and spearhead expansion efforts into neighboring markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, a sharp eye for market trends, and the ability to establish incentives that motivate and elevate sales performance. This role requires travel for client acquisition and the ability to represent our brand effectively at events.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, establish clear goals, and create incentive programs to motivate and reward top performance. • Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Target modern trade and mini-market channels, and travel to neighboring countries to secure new export clients. • Sales Strategy & Planning: Prepare sales reports, forecast sales, and develop actionable plans to meet and exceed targets. • Market Analysis & Trend Detection: Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, ensuring that our offerings are competitive and relevant. • Event Representation: Identify and secure opportunities for brand visibility at industry events, whether through booths, posters, or direct sales engagement. • Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain a pipeline of new sales talent to ensure growth.
• Proven experience as a sales manager with a track record of team-building and achieving sales targets. • Ability to develop sales strategies and create incentive programs. • Strong market analysis skills, with a focus on trend detection and competitive awareness. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and market expansion. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
