Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive foot traffic and boost sales. • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content on various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and in-store, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and in-store promotions using relevant KPIs to inform future strategies. • Collaborate with other departments to align in-store promotions with broader marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across channels.

Requirements

• Communication and Social Media Marketing Proficiency • Proficiency in writing and content strategy, as well as experience creating and executing social media campaigns • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Capacity to operate in a hectic retail setting Understanding of consumer preferences and trends in the fabric business • It is advantageous to have prior retail or fashion industry expertise. • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a similar discipline
