About 50% of the work of the Sustainability Analyst and the Nutrition & Health Manager will be supported by the Data and Support Officer.
• Clean up and extract the company's data. • Examine the segments of farmers. • Create reports that will serve as a guide for the field teams as they offer farmers specialised assistance. • Coordinate with the origin team and BU to plan the collection of high-quality economic data from a representative group of farmers. • Assist the origin and BU teams in posing the company's query and evaluating the responses. • Assist the project coordinator and sustainability data analyst in calibrating the LI tool for the prioritised supply chains of the companies. • assisting with the gathering and analysis of sustainability data for the WBA, GRI, Annual Report, and other external reports. • assistance with data collection, compilation, and analysis. Lease with the focal points of the BU data provider. • Encourage all sites to be onboarded to the G17 platform so they can complete their scorecard there. • Move the data to the G17 platform from the master Excel file and scoring files that are currently in place. Liaising with HR/sustainability leads to ensure information transferred (both for the scorecard and the worksite) is correct. • To find out which workplaces have not yet completed the scorecard and which will be doing so for the second time, follow up with HR and sustainability leads. • Encourage staff nutrition initiatives and assist the nutrition and health manager in introducing the scorecard to new teams. • To evaluate progress against the action plan and get ready for the second round of the scorecard, follow up with HR/business leads and HR reps.
• An intense personal passion for environmentally friendly farming • Strong attention to detail, experience, and a keen interest in data management. • Extremely well-organised, capable of tactfully following up, and exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. • Displaying initiative and persistence. • The capacity to pick things up fast and function well in a multicultural, global team setting. • The capacity to think critically, be well-organised, and finish things efficiently and independently. • Outstanding proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of databases and GIS would be advantageous. • Strong English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. Languages like Spanish, French, or others are very sought for.
