In order to support the company's sales and expansion efforts by helping to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, we are seeking a seasoned and creative marketer or business development executive to create and execute growth opportunities. The candidate must be a professional with a proven track record of building relationships with both individuals and corporate entities in order to provide long-term value for businesses. Since this position involves interacting with potential clients, the business development executive will concentrate on lead generation, prospect management, and customer acquisition.
• Make connections with possible customers to generate new business prospects. • Maintain a current database of potential clients and make cold calls to generate new business leads. • assistance with draughting fresh business proposals • Keep abreast of all the services the business provides and meet with potential customers. • Set up senior management meetings. • Observe the policies and processes of the business when acquiring clients, submitting bids, etc.
• A minimum of two years of expertise in facilities management sales and marketing is required. • Marketing and sales of real estate are a benefit. • A strong network of business decision-makers is essential. • Strong customer service abilities are required. • Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking; outstanding negotiating abilities; and the ability to create visually engaging presentations • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. • An engaged listener and attention to detail are required. • Capacity to function under pressure
