To promote its loan and investment products, a respectable financial services company looks to hire a business development officer with experience and a strong focus on results.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of giving your clients the knowledge and guidance they need to accomplish their goals, both personal and professional, by providing them with services and solutions that save them time and create value. • Arrange and carry out calls with leads and existing clients, as well as facilitate calls to potential leads. • Actively seek for and seize customer service possibilities for your portfolio. • Communicate with the Credit Risk Department regarding customer loan requests, account upkeep, and monitoring. • Effectively oversee the handling of all non-routine enquiries and grievances for your clientele. • Aim to continuously provide your clientele with exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Business administration bachelor's degree or a similar discipline • A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position. • Detail-oriented: Needs to be aware of the value of discipline and rigour. • Accountable: Taking ownership of one's actions and decisions and using all available channels to defend and explain them. • Self-Confident: Needs to be forceful and aware of one's own skills, traits, and discernment. • Outstanding listening and communication abilities • Analytical and numerical abilities • Presentation and writing abilities
