As the brand manager, you and your team will be in charge of modifying and implementing market-specific marketing strategies in order to increase sales, establish brand equity, and provide our clients with unforgettable experiences. To guarantee that the brand strategy is correctly implemented across all areas of expertise and that our brand succeeds in the fiercely competitive luxury market, you will oversee brand development and work with cross-functional teams.
• Modify and carry out the brand's common integrated marketing strategies to support new product launches, seasonal marketing campaigns, and brand projects. • Discuss and carry out a trade strategy with nearby merchants. • Oversee the local manufacture of marketing campaign components while adhering to budgetary constraints and brand specifications. • Make use of data-driven insights to improve marketing tactics and increase return on investment. • Establish marketing goals and KPIs that complement the company's mission and vision. • To find industry trends and opportunities, do in-depth competitive and market research. • Make sure that the visual identity and brand messaging are consistent throughout all marketing channels and in physical distribution. • Create and carry out the media strategy • Manage the brand's visibility on both traditional and digital media channels. • Keep track of and report any new or local communication possibilities. • Arrange and carry out opulent occasions and new product introductions that create excitement and improve the brand's reputation. • Work along with the PR and events departments to get media attention and influencer/celebrity collaborations. • Create engaging event experiences that complement the aesthetics and values of the business. • Examine how events affect consumer involvement and brand visibility. • Project product innovations and merchandising components in accordance with brand guidelines and marketing goals, as well as point of sale alignment. • Budgets for events, marketing campaigns, and other verified promotional activities should be managed, adhered to, and respected. • Every month, share wholesale and sell-out results, conduct analysis, and create action plans. • To maximise marketing effectiveness, perform ROI analysis and make necessary budget adjustments.
• It is required to have at least five years of experience in a comparable position. • Strategic Mindset: The ability to make data-driven judgements and take advantage of market trends through strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Creativity: An acute sense of style, original concepts, and the capacity to think creatively in order to come up with fresh approaches that adhere to premium standards and company DNA. • Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and vocal communication abilities to successfully communicate the brand's narrative and message to the intended audience. Fluency in French is highly desired in addition to English. • Collaborative Approach: A team player who values team members' opinions, promotes collaboration, and cultivates a positive work atmosphere. • Candidate needs to be fluent in English and French.
