Overview

You will serve as the liaison between our development team and our clients in your role as project manager. Your contribution is essential to guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule, under budget, and to the best possible standard. To make ideas a reality, you will work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, making sure that their needs and expectations are recognised and appropriately handled. • Work together with the development team to assign tasks, track advancement, and address problems. • Use project management tools (ideally ClickUp) to plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • Encourage stakeholders and developers to communicate and provide updates on a frequent basis. • To keep projects on schedule, identify risks and proactively put mitigation solutions into place. • Record the decisions, lessons learnt, and project progress. • Make certain that every project is completed within the allotted time and scope. • To deliver project updates and get input, stay in constant contact with internal teams and stakeholders. • Encourage team members to communicate effectively and make sure that everyone is on the same page on the aims and objectives of the project. • As needed, create and deliver project reports, progress updates, and presentations to stakeholders. Help with user acceptance testing and gathering input for enhancements. • Help with project meeting planning and coordination, including scheduling, creating agendas, and taking minutes. • Encourage a cooperative and upbeat team atmosphere that encourages efficient cooperation and information exchange.

Requirements

• Verified three or more years of project management experience in the software development sector. • Strong knowledge of agile approaches and software development lifecycles (SDLC). • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical. • Outstanding multitasking and organising abilities to manage several projects at once. • Strong organisational abilities, such as multitasking and attention to detail • It is advantageous to be familiar with ClickUp or comparable project management software. • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a similar discipline is desired but not necessary. • Familiarity with the terms and concepts of software development • Fundamental knowledge of software testing and quality control procedures
