The Finance Department will greatly benefit from the Accounting Assistant role, which will be in charge of daily accounting data entry, voucher preparation, record filling, and helping the Finance team with daily tasks.
• Record every transaction involving accounts payable and accounts receivable each day. • In charge of concluding the daily financial postings • Make sure that all open transactions are promptly and appropriately allocated to the customer or supplier accounts. • Verifying SAP Retirement Imprests • sending and monitoring employees regarding their retirements and imprests. • correctly filing documents in line with established procedures • To deliver papers for both internal and external audits to the line manager • Carry out any additional ad hoc tasks.
• First degree or high school diploma in finance, accounting, or any other business-related field. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel • One to two years of experience in finance • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Time management skills and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities • Precision and meticulousness • A productive member of the team • Outstanding ability to communicate
