Overview

To drive development and achieve predetermined sales goals, the chosen applicant will be responsible for managing and developing sales teams, creating sales strategies, and cultivating client connections.

Responsibilities

• Researching markets and industries to uncover potential clients, partnerships, or new revenue streams. • Creating and implementing strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue. • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships. • Leading contract negotiations to close deals that align with the company’s objectives and profitability goals. • Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and deliver tailored solutions for clients. • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field. • Must possess extensive knowledge of software and sales, or IT-related solutions. • Exhibited expertise in team leadership and sales management • Superb interpersonal and communication abilities • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Expertise in creating and executing successful sales strategies • Thorough knowledge of sales success indicators • Proficiency in utilising CRM applications and the Office Suite
