• Hire and train new employees • Manage performance and give constructive criticism. • Oversee administrative duties to guarantee efficient daily operations. • Organise training and development initiatives for employees. • Maintain correct personnel records and make sure labour rules are followed. • Take care of benefits administration and payroll administration.
• Having a bachelor's degree or comparable experience • Five or more years of human resources experience • Excellent hiring practices and a track record of enhancing talent acquisition tactics • Proven proficiency in educating managers and staff • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organising abilities • Good judgement and attention to detail
