Overview

To fill this role, the hotel is looking for a capable and motivated woman.

Responsibilities

• Always keep your personal appearance at a very high level that is suitable for the position. • Using reservation lists, greet, converse with, and check in visitors; process and distribute key cards. • After properly registering guests in PMS Opera, show them to their rooms. • Check out departing visitors; pay and receive guest invoices • At the end of the shift, turn over the cash register and record the money received and credit card payments. • Before starting the shift, check the float and change. • Serve guests by extending a warm welcome, guiding them, and making the proper announcements. • When necessary, provide basic information when taking, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.

Requirements

• A business administration degree or higher national diploma and at least two years of hotel-related job experience. • A readiness to learn. • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. • A high level of initiative and dynamism, as well as powerful decision-making, teamwork, and influencing skills. • Experience interacting directly with clients, both in-person and online. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other pertinent software, including PMS Opera.
