Overview

The business development manager will be in charge of finding new business prospects, establishing and preserving customer connections, creating growth plans, and helping the company's overall commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Researching markets and industries to find potential clients or partnerships. • Exploring new revenue streams or market expansion opportunities. • Establishing connections with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. • Ensuring consistent communication to maintain long-term relationships. • Creating plans to achieve growth targets and meet organizational objectives. • Analyzing market trends to refine strategies and stay competitive. • Leading discussions to finalize deals with clients or partners. • Ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. • Tracking business development progress through KPIs and performance metrics. • Providing detailed reports to senior management on growth initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

• Skills in client relationship management, sales, and business development • Understanding of financial goods and the microfinance sector • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Capacity to function both individually and together Proficiency in investment management and fundraising • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a similar discipline
