We are looking for a creative and flexible project manager to oversee our initiatives, interact with regional partners, and lead community workshops as required.
• Oversee all project development activities, such as planning, budgeting, carrying out, and keeping an eye on • Find fresh project concepts and tactics to increase our influence in menstruation health education and accessibility. • Participate in and lead stimulating workshops as needed. • Create and preserve connections with neighbourhood leaders, schools, and partners. • Manage resources and project budgets. • Make field trips and evaluate the status of the project. Report on project results, difficulties, and accomplishments on a regular basis. • Make sure that every project activity complies with charity standards and donor requirements.
• Shown project management experience, preferably in the nonprofit, medical, or educational fields. Experience in running multi-phase programs and coming up with new project ideas is a big plus. • Capable of leading workshops on delicate subjects; prior health education expertise is advantageous. • Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to efficiently manage resources, time, and a variety of project demands. • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with a variety of groups, especially in remote areas. • Able and willing to make regular trips throughout Ghana, including to isolated regions. • A strong desire to improve well-being and menstrual health in Ghanaian communities.
