This position is in charge of overseeing patient flow, making sure the office runs well, and offering top-notch customer support.
• Assist patients with the registration procedure and greet them. • Handle all phone calls, answer general questions about clinic services, and address any other issues. • Make sure the clinic's schedule is well-organised and effective by scheduling and confirming patient appointments for physiotherapy sessions. • Observe the clinic's policies when maintaining patient files and records. • Handle billing data, gather money, and provide invoices. • Keep track of every transaction you do each day and report on it once a week. • Perform a variety of administrative duties. • Oversee inventory control and office supply management. • Make sure the waiting room, front desk, and office supplies are all spotless and well-organised. • Oversee housekeeping employees and make sure they complete their work effectively. • Work along with other employees to maintain efficient office operations.
• Bachelor's degree, with a preference for social sciences • One to two years of customer service-related work experience • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products • Strong interpersonal abilities • Communication abilities, both written and spoken
