We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• In charge of completing sales transactions to generate income • Prospecting for sales and cold phoning every day • largely uses in-person interactions to sell goods and services to both new and current clients. • Makes and delivers sales presentations that align the company's offerings with the demands of prospective clients. • Keeps up with the company's offerings in order to support sales efforts. • Keeps up a healthy sales funnel, which is necessary to meet monthly sales goals. • complies with the company's minimal requirements for the sales function by keeping track of and creating sales reports as needed. • Builds trusting relationships with clients in order to be sensitive to their wants, needs, and changing needs. • Notifies clients of the company's new or enhanced goods and services • Keep an eye on the market's shifting demands and specifications and provide the sales manager with regular updates.
• 24 months of continuous sales experience • IT-literate with a sales and marketing diploma or degree • Currently residing in Accra or prepared to move there as soon as feasible • A driver's license is required. • Capacity to swiftly adjust to the company's sales strategy and goods and services • Proven sales track record, accomplishment of sales goals in the past, familiarity with B2B marketing, background in customer service, and expertise in selling luxury items at premium costs • Capable of functioning in an organisation that prioritises performance Outstanding planning abilities • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
