Responsibilities

• Maintain and proactively grow a portfolio of important clients in the African market, making sure that each client spends more than $10,000 a month on advertising on the company's platform. • Create customised advertising plans based on customer requirements to maximise ad efficacy and boost conversion rates. • To improve a client's market presence and brand recognition, ascertain their brand objectives and offer strategic brand marketing advice. • Work together with cross-functional teams to evaluate ad performance, make sure advertising campaigns run smoothly, and provide customers with ongoing optimisation guidance. • To help a company stay ahead of the competition in the digital advertising sector, conduct frequent market analysis to find new business prospects and offer insights on market trends.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, advertising, or a similar discipline. • Five or more years of expertise in digital media ad sales is required, as are current key client resources in the African market. • Strong grasp of brand marketing and the capacity to offer efficient advertising solutions in accordance with the needs of client brands. • Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to autonomously oversee important client relationships. • Ability to handle clients and track sales using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho. • Flexibility in a multicultural workplace, excellent teamwork abilities, and the capacity to function well under duress.
