• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth. • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand business networks and secure long-term collaborations. • Create and implement business development strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. • Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and successful contract closures. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, improve customer experience, and ensure successful business implementation. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor actions to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Negotiation, sales, and business development abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as experience in market research and strategic planning • Capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively • familiarity with the travel and tourism sector • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is preferred. Digital marketing and social media management experience is also advantageous.
