Overview

We are employing a waitress that will uphold the restaurant's service standards, guarantee outstanding customer service, and make dining enjoyable. The ideal applicant should be able to communicate clearly, pay close attention to details, manage their time well, adjust to a rapidly changing workplace with ease, be responsible, self-assured, educated, and driven, and most importantly, have a customer-centric mentality.

Responsibilities

• Extending a pleasant greeting to guests and showing them to their tables. • Give them menus and let them know about any daily sales or promotions. • Pay close attention to what clients have to say, and then precisely record or enter their orders into the system. • Respond to enquiries concerning dietary restrictions, ingredients, and menu items. • Make sure food and beverages are delivered on time. • Professionally fulfil orders and attend to client needs • Respond politely and swiftly to consumer complaints. • If necessary, escalate serious grievances to the management. • To improve the eating experience, suggest menu items, desserts, and drinks. • Notify clients about exclusive offers or occasions.

Requirements

• Senior high school graduate, a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a comparable role is required.
