Project Manager

Overview

The project manager will be in charge of managing different subcontract packages, accelerating project delivery timeframes, and coordinating the various teams to ensure a smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for real estate developments, ensuring alignment with budgets and client expectations. • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation while staying within financial constraints. • Manage and coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to keep projects on track. • Ensure all construction and real estate projects meet quality standards, adhere to safety regulations, and comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Expertise in expediting and project management. • Proficiency in overseeing several subcontractors • Proficiency in Logistics Management • Expertise in Inspection Procedures • Excellent time-management and organising abilities • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or project management • Project management or similar certifications are advantageous.
