Engaging with potential customers, marketing goods and services, negotiating sales contracts, and offering top-notch customer service are all duties of the field sales executive. Meeting sales goals, finding new prospects, and performing market research are further responsibilities of the position.
• Visit potential clients in designated territories to identify sales opportunities and build a pipeline of prospects. • Develop strong relationships with customers to foster trust and ensure repeat business. • Provide detailed demonstrations or presentations of products/services to convince clients of their value. • Achieve assigned sales quotas by closing deals and upselling or cross-selling products and services. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to assist in refining strategies.
