As the initial point of contact for clients and guests, we are seeking a front desk assistant. By providing exceptional client service, handling administrative responsibilities, and making sure that everyday front desk operations run smoothly, you will be instrumental in making a good first impression. You must be well-organised, amiable, and capable of handling a variety of duties and obligations.
• Customer service: Show professionalism and civility when greeting and helping clients and guests. Make certain that every guest is attended to in a timely and effective manner. • Administrative Support: Take care of routine administrative tasks like taking phone calls, setting up appointments, and responding to questions. • Communication: To guarantee efficient service delivery and a seamless operating flow, keep lines of communication open with other departments. • Record Keeping: Ensure that all customer information is correct and kept private by keeping and managing records, files, and papers in an orderly fashion. • Scheduling: Keep the calendar current and avoid conflicts by managing and scheduling appointments. • Operations at the Front Desk: Make sure the front desk is always tidy, well-organised, and friendly. • Manage delivery and incoming and outgoing mail. • Customer Queries: Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing and resolving any customer questions or concerns. • Other Responsibilities: Help with a range of administrative duties and assist the office's general operation as needed.
• Experience: While not necessary, prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred. • strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Outstanding customer service abilities combined with a friendly and upbeat demeanour. • the capacity to efficiently prioritise and manage several tasks. • strong time-management and organising skills. • competent with Microsoft Office or a comparable basic office program. • the capacity to remain professional while working in a fast-paced setting. • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Qualifications: A certificate is necessary; a degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a similar discipline is preferred. • Other: The capacity to remain composed and professional under duress.
