Overview

The Operations Executive oversees all operational aspects to ensure efficiency and excellence. This includes maintaining communication with managers, staff, and vendors, developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, and improving existing processes. They lead a large team, manage data collection for productivity metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they ensure compliance with regulations, oversee inventory, and contribute to a positive team environment while driving business growth aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

- Supervise all operational facets to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.

- Maintain ongoing communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth company operations.

- Establish, uphold, and execute quality assurance standards.

- Enhance internal capacity by streamlining existing processes and procedures.

- Ensure operational activities adhere to schedules and budgetary constraints.

 

PEOPLE:

 

- Lead, inspire, and provide guidance to a sizable team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

- Manage data collection for metric updates to achieve productivity targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems.

 

COMMUNITY:

 

- Collaborate closely with legal and safety departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Oversee materials and inventory management.

- Conduct budget assessments and present cost plans to senior management.

 

GROWTH:

 

- Foster a positive team environment conducive to growth and development.

- Drive business expansion in alignment with overarching company goals.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a comparable position, with a preference for candidates with a background in the hospitality sector.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in conflict resolution and business negotiation techniques.

- Familiarity with business productivity software and a propensity for acquiring new applications.

- Working understanding of management software programs.

- Robust IT skills, including proficiency in database development.
