Overview

An Architect (Interior & Exterior Design) specializes in designing and planning aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable spaces for both the interiors and exteriors of buildings. This role involves conceptualizing designs, creating detailed plans, and overseeing the execution of projects to meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Make sure your clients' vision is realized in every project by working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences. • Create thorough architectural blueprints for the outside and inside areas. • Oversee the development of a project from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing timeliness and quality. • Make initial drawings and designs while taking sustainability, safety, use, and aesthetics into account. • Collaborate closely with our varied teams to guarantee that designs are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

• Architecture bachelor's degree or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated expertise in external and interior design. • Impressive portfolio with a range of design work. • Proficiency in design tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and 3D Max. • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and furniture design. • Imaginative, meticulous, and capable of working both individually and together.
