• As clients approach the showroom, extend a cordial greeting to them. • Make sure clients comprehend the advantages of our mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers by giving them thorough information and live product demonstrations. • Help clients choose goods that suit their requirements and tastes. • Respond to queries, worries, and questions in a courteous and professional manner. • Utilize our point-of-sale (POS) technology to properly and effectively process sales transactions. • Keep up of the latest offerings, promotions, and product variety. • Work together as a team to achieve sales goals and targets. • Take orders over the phone and take orders online. • Work together with the delivery crew to guarantee correct and timely completion of online orders.

Requirements

• A diploma or above • Must be a resident of Adenta or nearby • Prior retail sales or customer service expertise is advantageous. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • The capacity to establish a relationship with clients and comprehend their demands. • gregarious and enthusiastic personality. • The capacity to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends. • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer skills. • A desire to improve people's wellness and quality of sleep.
