Digital Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Managing the organization's entire brand, which includes website creation, social media management, and videography, as well as working with outside suppliers to maintain brand consistency, will be your main responsibility. You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Regularly add correct and up-to-date material to the corporate website. • Work together with groups to improve user experience, fix problems, and develop new features. • Increase online exposure and engagement by optimising the content of your website for search engines. • Develop and carry out a content strategy for the several social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • To keep an active online presence, plan, organise, and publish material. • Participate in the online community by answering questions and comments. • Track social media performance and use analytics findings to modify your approach. • Serve as the primary liaison with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendors. • Examine and accept material produced by vendors to guarantee its calibre and brand coherence. • Assure prompt and efficient delivery by communicating marketing objectives, schedules, and comments to vendors.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required. • At least three (3) years of experience in a capacity related to digital marketing is required. • Demonstrated expertise in creating social media content and managing websites • Competence with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS). • A Google Analytics & Ads certification is advantageous. • competent with Canva and Adobe Photoshop, and knowledgeable on Google Analytics and SEO techniques. • It is advantageous to have prior experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. • Excellent multitasking and organising capabilities. • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication abilities are required. • The capacity for problem-solving and meticulousness.
