Create and implement successful sales strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach possible customers while cultivating and constructing a robust sales funnel. • Establish and preserve enduring connections with customers by learning about their requirements and offering tailored solutions. • To guarantee smooth project execution, work closely with teams. • Present product options to customers, emphasizing their advantages and value proposition. • Assure client pleasure and enduring loyalty by negotiating and closing sales agreements. • Work together with internal departments to guarantee customer service and order fulfilment. • Keep abreast on market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends. • Analyse data, track sales performance, and report to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Shown experience working as a sales officer or in a comparable sales capacity, ideally for a hotel or furniture manufacturer. • It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline. • A proven track record of hitting or surpassing goals, along with a solid understanding of sales concepts and strategies. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish relationships with clients and engage in productive negotiation. • Extremely focused, proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales. • Outstanding decision-making and problem-solving skills. • The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group. • Must have a current driver's license and be able to drive.
