Responsibilities

• Target and Find New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and approach potential new customers in Micro, Small, Medium, and Large Businesses. • Sales Strategy Development: Create and put into action successful sales strategies to meet corporate sales goals and grow our clientele. • Market Research: To find new business prospects and comprehend consumer demands and market trends, conduct market research. • Client relationship management: To guarantee client happiness and loyalty, cultivate and preserve solid ties with both current and potential customers. • Consultative Selling: Perform thorough requirements analyses and provide customised solutions that meet the goals and problems of the client. • Negotiation and Deal Closing: To guarantee that solutions are implemented smoothly, close sales transactions and follow up with clients. • Product Knowledge: To effectively market our services, keep abreast of the most recent trends, rival products, and advancements in IT solutions. • Engage in Cross-functional Team Collaboration: To guarantee that sales campaigns and tactics are in line with the overarching objectives of the business, coordinate with internal departments. • Sales Reporting: Create and deliver performance analyses, predictions, and sales reports on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Experience: One year or more of sales-related experience is required. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong ability to negotiate. • Abilities in managing client relationships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • A high degree of efficiency when managing several leads, opportunities, and clients concurrently. • Ability to design and execute persuasive sales presentations that are suited to the needs of the client
