Overview

The After-Sales Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase. The role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs or replacements, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to Distributors • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product/service issues efficiently • Assist in identifying recurring issues and propose solutions for improvement. • Prepare and submit after-sales service reports to management. • Conduct market research projects across all regions in Ghana and also across borders (some specific foreign countries). • Forecast market trends, research market to identify new opportunities and setting specific marketing goals. • Perform competitor product analysiss • Responsible for planning After sales and promotional activities with Distributor to improve and increase customer retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field • Fluent in French (both written and spoken). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Prior experience in after-sales support or customer service is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
