The ideal applicant will be in charge of overseeing accounting standards compliance, handling financial transactions, and keeping accurate records. This position is essential to maintaining the company's sound financial standing and efficient operations.
• Keep a record of all your daily financial transactions, including cash flow, sales, and expenses. • Handle the accounts receivable and payable. • Keep an eye on cash balances and prepare bank reconciliations. • Work with the pharmacy and retail departments to keep an eye on supply levels. • To guarantee precise inventory assessment, keep track of sales and acquisitions. • To avoid inconsistencies, do routine stock audits. • Create monthly financial reports that include cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement information. • For the retail pharmacy and other retail enterprises, provide thorough sales and profitability information. • Help management with budgets and financial projections. • Make sure that all tax laws are followed, including those pertaining to VAT, withholding tax, and other mandatory payments. • As needed, prepare and submit tax returns. • Keep thorough financial records for regulatory assessments and audits. • Follow up on past-due payments and reconcile customer accounts. • Oversee vendor accounts and make sure payments are made on schedule.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline. • Three years or more of accounting experience, with at least one or two years spent in general retail and pharmacy. • Knowledge of accounting software, such as Sage, Tally, or QuickBooks. • Strong background in retail operations and inventory management. • Knowledge of tax laws and their observance in the retail industry.
