Product Manager – Retention

Overview

Responsibilities

• Being in charge of the strategic direction and development of important business procedures and engineering systems • Collaborating with developers to promote ongoing enhancements to our systems' functionality • Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to comprehend user requirements and apply innovative approaches • To identify consumer pain spots, customer care professionals and customers provide feedback. • Data analysis to identify the main areas where additional improvements could be made

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in product management • Excellent technical and/or analytical abilities, including the capacity to carry out intricate data analysis on your own • Demonstrated aptitude at resolving analytical and/or technological issues • Capacity to collaborate with heterogeneous, dispersed teams in many nations • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities • Experience with agile approaches, cross-functional team leadership, and data-driven strategy creation and decision making • Good to have: Knowledge of data science models
